At Bello & Hat Co, we are committed to delivering your order with care, efficiency, and transparency.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and tracking information.

Please note that during peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Spain (Peninsula): 2–5 business days
  • Balearic Islands: 3–6 business days
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: 5–10 business days (customs may apply)
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs delays or courier issues.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.


5. Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Bello & Hat Co is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at belloandco.hatlux@gmail.com.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
